Rabbit rabbit! In my family, this is shouted across the hall (or through text, now) at the beginning of every month. It’s meant to be a good luck charm to say it upon waking on the first of the month – but, naturally, as Wilsons do, it has become somewhat of a competition amongst us. My dad “won” this month, with a simple text to all of us:
🐰 🐰 🎉
That’s why this new series will be henceforth known as “Rabbit Rabbit.” Think of it as a moment to pause and think about the coming month, to plan and hope and dream. What does your future hold?
October means a lot in the Osati household. Wedding anniversary. Autumn. Halloween.
Tomorrow we will leave on our grand adventure to the Grand Californian (hehe, get it?) to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary, which is accelerating ever nearer. We were married on October 3rd, 2015 on the most beautiful day I’d ever seen. Our first year of marriage has been a wonderful roller coaster filled with learning experiences and lots of love. It’s hard to imagine how on earth time flew so fast.
Seriously. How did this happen one year ago? We are still giddy newlyweds.
This whole time-flying thing has got me thinking about what’s next. Time waits for no man (or, ahem, woman) so why let life pass you by? Get out there. Go. Live your dream.
Right now, my dream is to be fully packed before it gets to be too late tonight. Au revoir!
